Minimum qualifications include a MD, eligibility for licensure in the Province of Alberta with certification in Anatomic Pathology, Anatomic Pathology/Clinical Pathology, General Pathology or Hematopathology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or recognized equivalence. The ideal candidate will have a recognized Fellowship in Lymphoma Pathology. Alternatively, training in Hematopathology with clear emphasis on lymphoid neoplasms or equivalent (minimum 5 years) clinical-academic experience might be suitable.
The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced laboratory environment to deliver quality care is required to balance service, teaching, research activities and quality imperatives in a resource-sensitive environment.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
