Must hold a valid and relevant license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
- Preferred: Fellowship in Palliative Care or Enhanced Skills (R3) Year of training in Palliative Care or CCFP Certificate of Added Competence in Palliative Care
- Without formal palliative care training: at least 2 years clinical experience in providing primary palliative care and an interest in pursuing CCFP Certificate of Added Competence in Palliative Care
- Certification as a LEAP Facilitator or willingness to pursue training to become a LEAP Facilitator
