COMMUNITY: Community Family Physician - Thorncliffe Family Clinic/ Calgary - Calgary

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must be:  1# registered or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta  2# have recent experience in the described role.  3# have excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills  4# have ability to collaborate in a team setting.  5# participate and contribute to quality improvement activities.

Community Information:

The Thorncliffe Family Clinic is conveniently situated on Fourth Street NW, just four blocks from Centre Street, making it centrally located in the northern part of the city. It serves a diverse patient demographic spanning both the NE and NW areas. Approximately half of our patients are under the care of the Mosaic Primary Care Network (PCN) in the NE, while the others fall under the Foothills PCN in the NW.
