Job Description:
Join our team at Medi Plus Clinic as a Family Physician, fulfilling roles outlined by the CanMEDS framework to provide comprehensive care across the lifespan. Responsibilities include delivering primary medical care, fostering communication with patients and families, collaborating with healthcare teams, demonstrating leadership in clinical practice, advocating for health needs, and advancing evidence-based medicine. Qualified candidates will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
The job qualifications for practice via CPSA entail the submission of a Review of Qualifications through the physiciansapply.ca platform to confirm eligibility, followed by receipt of an Eligibility Letter outlining sponsorship and next steps. Additionally, Family Medicine physicians not meeting criteria for independent practice on the General Register or lacking Recognized Training and Certification Outside Canada through the College of Family Physicians of Canada must complete the mandatory Therapeutics Decision Making (TDM) exam.
