Family Physician
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Edgewater Medical Clinic
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Start Date: Negotiable.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our multidisciplinary team in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidates will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population in a supportive, modern, and well-equipped clinic setting.
Qualifications:
1. Medical Degree, MD or equivalent from a recognized medical school (listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools).
2. Residency Training
3. Certification
Successful completion of:
1. MCCQE Part I (Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Exam)
2. Language Proficiency.
Proof of English language proficiency, if medical education was not in English (IELTS Academic with minimum required scores).
Additional Considerations (for Sponsorship Candidates)
- Willingness to undergo Practice Readiness Assessment (PRA-AB) supervised by CPSA.
- Commitment to work in a designated clinic or underserved area if required by the sponsorship.
- Preparedness to sign a return-of-service agreement if applicable.
