COMMUNITY: Family Physician - Blue Diamond Medical - Calgary

This position is a COMMUNITY position and is NOT part of Alberta Health Services.

Job Description:

Blue Diamond Medical is seeking 3 GP/Family Physicians to add to their expanding and accomplished team. The positions are fully sponsored and available for start in October 2024. 
Based in the affluent suburb of West Springs we are a state of the art, luxury facility that brings together various healthcare professionals to meet the needs of patients all over the vibrant city of Calgary, Alberta. We are proud to have over 30 years' experience in a patient centric approach to healthcare that puts the needs of our patients above profits.
Our services include:
• General family practice
• Timely referrals to other healthcare practitioners as needed
• Weight management
• Minor procedures
• Management of chronic illnesses
• Mental healthcare
• On site paediatrician
• On site Nurse Practitioner
• Completion and submission of all provincial, insurance and healthcare forms
• Botox for medical and cosmetic needs

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
• Eligibility to work in Calgary under AHS rules and regulations.
• Fluency in English language both oral and written (additional languages are an asset)

• A collaborative mind set and the ability to work well with others to achieve the best outcome for patients.
