Job Description:
Thank you for your interest in our Primary Care Obstetrician & Gynecologist (OB/GYN) position at Health Plus Medical Clinic - Calgary. We are currently recruiting a community-based OB/GYN to join our large, multidisciplinary clinic located in Southeast Calgary.
Health Plus Medical is home to over 10 full-time family physicians and serves a diverse and growing population of more than 20,000 registered patients. With a high percentage of young and middle-aged women in our patient base, there is substantial demand for women's health services, including prenatal care, contraception, screening, and menopausal support.
The OB/GYN will work closely with our family physicians and allied health team to provide comprehensive, non-hospital-based obstetric and gynecologic care. The scope of practice includes general women's health check-ups, prenatal and postnatal care, routine gynecological screening, contraception management, menstrual and hormonal issues, menopausal care, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
This is a fully community-based outpatient role, with no hospital call or delivery requirements. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and strong administrative support in a collaborative, team-based care environment.
Our clinic is fully EMR-integrated and supported by experienced MOAs and on-site allied healthcare professionals.
