General/Anatomical Pathologist with Cyto Fellowship

Qualifications:

Qualifications include a MD, eligibility for licensure in the Province of Alberta with certification in Anatomic Pathology, Anatomic Pathology/Clinical Pathology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or the American Board of Pathology. Cytopathology Fellowship training and/or years of experience in cytopathology specialty practice and collaborative practice is required for cytopathology service. The ability to contribute collegially to the group practice and laboratory operations will be an important factor in candidate selection. The successful incumbent will also be required to obtain the appropriate professional liability coverage.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment that allows for delivery of quality service
• Ability to balance service and quality imperative in a resource-sensitive environment
• Ability to work collaboratively, building trust in working relationships, and being an overall team player
