Qualifications:

Consideration for the position will be considered based on the following attributes: 

-Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with health care colleagues in the provision of patient care  

-Completion of advanced training such as fellowship training in transplant infectious diseases from an accredited program. Other advanced training such as a diploma or degree in relevant areas (or equivalent experience) will be considered an asset 

-Engagement in supervision and teaching of medical trainees at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels as well as colleagues by way of formal and informal means 

-Willingness to participate in divisional and departmental administrative activities (e.g., hiring or student committees)  

- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion (EDI) in the workplace in order to build relationships and understand the varied social and structural health determinants in order to work effectively with diverse colleagues, teams, and communities
