IOC Medical Director

• The ideal candidate will be an inclusive and visionary leader with the ability to build relationships, trust, and collaboration between AHS and internal & external stakeholders and have demonstrated abilities in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and a passion for quality and patient safety. The ideal candidate will possess superior interpersonal skills, an ability to mentor other physicians and be able to relate and engage with leadership successfully.
• Candidates must be certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCPC) and hold or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta and appointment to the AHS Medical Staff.
