BSM is a multi-disciplinary team practice comprised of sport medicine-trained orthopedic surgeons, sport medicine physicians, and multiple allied health professionals including physiotherapists, strength and conditioning coaches, bracing specialists, nutritionist, massage therapist, and sport psychologist. We pride ourselves in providing the highest level of patient care and serving our community by adhering to our three pillars of clinical excellence, research, and education. 

BSM is a world-leader in clinical research. Our team is involved in a number of clinical trials and is supported by an excellent research staff including an experienced research coordinator. BSM administers a highly sought-after orthopedic sport medicine fellowship, hosting one fellow annually. Additionally, our clinicians are involved in the teaching of medical students, residents, and visiting surgeons. Through our non-profit organization, the Banff Sport Medicine Foundation, the team is actively engaged in community education initiatives with a goal to help reduce the risk of secondary injuries.
