The successful applicant will join academic pediatric neurologists, developmental pediatricians, and pediatric physiatrists in providing a full spectrum of clinical services.
This position is a 1.0 full-time equivalent. The position will clinical commitment to Stollery Children’s Hospital, the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, and the Royal Alexandra Hospital. Training & certification in the electroencephalogram interpretation is an asset.
Clinical Responsibilities include: ● Pediatric Neurology inpatient and outpatient clinical services, including but not limited to Inpatient consultation and follow up (General service, Neuro-Critical Care Service), General and subspecialty outpatient clinics, as well as the On Call schedule. ● Pediatric Neurology consultation for diagnostic assessments and follow-up at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital (GRH) ● +/- Pediatric Neurology EEG *(Based on qualification)
Qualifications:
Interested applicants must have: ● MD degree (or equivalent) ● Completed subspecialty training in Pediatric Neurology ● Must be certified or eligible to become a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
