This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitalist ready to broaden their impact. As Deputy Site Lead in the Calgary Zone’s Hospitalist Program, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of inpatient care. Working closely with the Site Lead, you’ll help drive clinical excellence through quality improvement, optimize service delivery through operational leadership, and foster a collaborative team environment.
You’ll have the chance to mentor fellow physicians, facilitate continuing medical education, and contribute meaningfully to medical student and resident training. With responsibility in supporting ongoing education of ConnectCare and stepping in as delegate leader during absences, your voice will be central to evolving how care is delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have recent hospitalist experience in the Calgary Zone, be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and Permanent Residents will be given priority.
