The Department of Medicine (DOM) is looking for a current departmental member to take on the role of DOM Site Lead at the Rockyview General Hospital (RGH) as of July 2025. This position comes with an AHS Leadership Stipend and all DOM members who work at RGH are encouraged to apply, if interested.
The RGH Site Lead shares responsibility with the Section Heads and the Department Head for all administration of the department at the RGH site, with respect to its interaction with Alberta Health Services. This position will involve working with both AHS Operations, the RGH Facility Medical Director and the Departmental leadership to optimize clinical services provided by department members at RGH. Medical leadership training/experience and/or a background in business administration would be considered as assets.

Qualifications:
The candidate must be eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
Must read, write, and speak English.
