Respirologist On-Call (25-SCH-MED-PUL-CALL-29)

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated abilities in managing acute respiratory disease. Candidates should have competency in performing bronchoscopies and additional pulmonary procedures such as thoracentesis.

The successful candidate is expected to apply for a title of Clinical Academic Colleague in the Department of Medicine, and to support research and educational activities in the Division. The successful candidate will also be required to fully participate in the DoM teaching and learning activities as well as Divisional CME activities.

Candidates must be Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) certified, be eligible to work in Canada, and hold or be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta and appointment to the AHS Medical Staff.
