Job Description:

Millbourne Mall Medical Centre is currently seeking dedicated Family Pphysicians to join our growing team. The successful candidate will participate in improving health outcomes for patients through comprehensive preventative care strategies and will:
· Provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
· Diagnose and treat a wide array of acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, mental health issues, respiratory illnesses, and more.
· Perform minor procedures within the clinic.
· Provide preventive care measures, through ensuring vaccinations and regular health screenings are up-to-date, promote healthy lifestyle
· Provide a proactive approach to address potential emerging health issues
· Act as a patient advocate ensuring access to resources and services. 
· Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support the ongoing needs of your patients.

Millbourne Mall Medical Centre is located in southeast Edmonton. We are a high volume patient clinic with modern environment and full electronic medical record system and friendly reliable staff who are dedicated to make your practice successful and smooth. Millbourne Mall Medical Centre serve the immediate areas of Millwoods, Lee Ridge, Michaels Park, Richfield and Tweedle Place and, a large community and wide spectrum age group- birth to geriatric.
As we are part of Southside Primary Care Network, doctors will receive support through multidisciplinary team which consist of a registered nurse, dietician, behavioral health consultant, chronic disease management nurse and access to QI team / PCCA (Panel Management Assistant) that is working with our staff to clean up the Doctor's panel.
