Job Description:
  
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatric disorders in children, adolescents, and adults, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and psychotic disorders.
- Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, including interviews with patients and (for minors) parents/guardians.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications based on clinical needs and developmental considerations.
- Collaborate with psychologists, pediatricians, family doctors, therapists, educators, and social workers to support holistic patient care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health episodes.
- Educate patients and families about psychiatric conditions, treatment options, medication side effects, and prognosis.
