Qualifications:
Qualifications include an MD, FRCPC Gastroenterology, and eligibility for licensure in the Province of Alberta.Additional qualifications include specialized training in IBD. Remuneration will come from fee for service billings through Alberta Health.
Applicants should have a strong background in all aspects of gastroenterology and IBD. The successful candidate will have completed at least 6 months of post-gastroenterology specialized clinical fellowship training in IBD. There is also an expectation that the successful candidate will contribute to teaching within the Division and will be part of GI Central Access and Triage (GI CAT).
This position within the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology offers the opportunity for a rewarding career as part of a collegial group of gastroenterologists.
The candidate must be eligible for Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta.
